北海道在住（出張で大阪・仙台・東京によく行きます）
17歳からYouTubeで「生きるのがつらい人」に向けて、歌やメッセージを発信。現在は、無償の悩み相談をチームで運営し、孤独の中にいる人に「一人じゃない」と伝える活動をしています。​

また、2021年から性教育講演会団体の代表として、
人間関係における境界線や命の大切さについて伝えています。美味しいご飯を誰かと一緒に食べる時間が好きです。

Since the age of 17, I have been sharing songs and messages on YouTube for people who are struggling with suicidal thoughts.
Currently, I lead a team that offers free counselling, reaching out to those in loneliness and reminding them that they are not alone.

Since 2021, I have also been serving as the representative of a sex education organisation,
speaking about healthy boundaries in relationships and the value of life.

I also love sharing good meals with people.

東京都在住。
SNSや映像、ポッドキャストを通して、若者の心や信仰に寄り添う活動をしています。まじめなテーマを扱っていますが、本人はわりとよくふざけます。

20歳の頃に生きづらさや心の不調を経験したことから、「本音や弱さを安心して話せる場所をつくりたい」と考えるようになりました。失敗や黒歴史も、いつか誰かの励ましになると信じて、隠すより話す派です（話し過ぎてるかもしれません笑）

現在は、若者のためのクリスチャン団体「てもて」の代表として、信仰や人生の悩みを分かち合える居場所づくりに取り組んでいます。また、デジタル伝道や、イエスの生涯を描いたドラマシリーズ『The Chosen』の日本向けコンテンツ制作にも携わっています。

読書と散歩、夫とくだらないことで笑う時間が好き。日本人の夫との国際結婚では、日々の文化の違いや小さな事件を、だいたい笑いとコンテンツに変えて発信しています。

Based in Tokyo, Chrys creates social media, video, and podcast content that supports young people in their faith and everyday struggles. 

After experiencing mental health struggles in her early twenties, she became passionate about creating spaces where people can speak honestly about their weaknesses, failures, and the parts of life they usually hide.

She currently leads Timothy, a Christian organization for young people, and creates Japanese content for The Chosen, a drama series about the life of Jesus.

She enjoys reading, taking walks, laughing with her husband, and turning the surprises of international marriage into stories.
